These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals who download the MP3 audio version of the Teen Frequency Newsletter (“Audio Content”) and including the email (“Written Content”) version. By accessing or downloading the Audio Content, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. License for Personal Use Only

The Audio Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and listen to the Audio Content for your own personal development and education.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and branding related to the Teen Frequency Newsletter and its Audio Content, remain the sole property of its creators. Downloading the Audio Content does not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Alter, modify, reverse engineer, or extract any part of the Audio Content.
• Use the Audio Content for any illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Claim authorship or falsely represent any portion of the Audio Content as your own.
