Mindset has become a trendy word in the last few years. It’s been talked about by everyone from Oprah Winfrey to the news and media.
But what is mindset?
It’s being aware of what is actually on your mind, being conscious of your thinking patterns, and awareness of your state of mind in the present moment using all your senses.
Not allowing your mental conditioning to drag you down and control you.
I call it ‘alignment awareness’ that's alignment and synergy with everything you do. You are more aware of what is happening around you and more attuned to what is happening within you.
