Some people fall apart, while others seem to just pick themselves up, dust themselves off and carry on.
This is because they have developed coping skills, and the good thing is we can all learn and use them.

Without these, someone finds it harder to remove themselves from the pull of Negative feelings and change direction and find a newer perspective.
Remember to Breathe, Think, Step Back and Release.
