Investment

Annette's coaching programmes start from just £395 — four personal one to one sessions with your child or teenager, each one focused entirely on them.

Every session is followed by coaching reminders and action steps sent directly to you as the parent, keeping progress on track between sessions and ensuring the outcomes you want stay front of mind. This ongoing support is included as standard.

To make this as accessible as possible, the investment can be spread across 2 to 3 instalments if needed.

"Thank you for trusting me with something so important. I will read every word you've written and if I believe I can help, I will be in touch with you personally."

One step to take before applying.

Important — how to introduce Annette

Explain to your child or teenager that Annette is a Coach and Mentor who trains children and teenagers to develop stronger confidence and life skills to perform at their best.

Explain that it is quite natural for them to be uncertain, especially with somebody they have never met before. Depending on how the application goes, Annette offers the opportunity for the child or teenager to experience a 15 minute session with her. She can get to know them, explain a little more about herself, and give them a few exercises and examples of how the coaching can work and help.

Keep your explanation fairly brief. Often the less said beforehand, the better.

And here is a personal message from Annette to your child or teenager about how she trains young people to develop confidence, stronger thinking and better life skills:

A Message for all Teens about Working with a Confidence Coach

This is not about fixing anything or suggesting something is wrong. It is simply an opportunity to speak with someone neutral who trains young people to think clearly, handle challenges well and develop stronger confidence. The coaching is practical and solution focused and they will experience how it works during the trial session.

An important note before you speak with them

When you introduce coaching to your child or teenager, two things will make a significant difference to how they respond:

1. Keep the investment confidential.

Young people who know the cost often feel a sense of responsibility for it and that can unconsciously shape their answer. Keep the financial side between you and Annette for now.

2. Don't hand the final decision entirely to them.

It's natural to want your child or teenager to feel heard and involved and they should be. But young people are not yet equipped to make a fully balanced decision about something like this. When given complete autonomy, they tend to default to whatever feels easiest in the moment which is often "I'm fine" or "I don't need it." That's not a considered decision. It's avoidance.

This matters now because the challenges you've described are best addressed early, before the patterns become more deeply embedded and harder to shift.

The most effective approach: introduce it positively, involve them in a way that suits their age, share Annette's message above and then lead with calm, quiet authority. You know your child. Trust that.

Come Back When You Are Ready

One important step
before you continue

Why this matters

Before proceeding, we'd encourage you to have that conversation with your partner first. Coaching works best when both parents are fully committed from the start — it avoids delays, mixed messages, and means your child gets the most from every session. Once you're both aligned, we'd love to hear from you.

When you're both ready, you're very welcome to come back and complete your application.

We appreciate your honesty.

Before you close this page

Annette Du Bois is not a general life coach. She is one of the most sought-after child and teen confidence specialists in the world — a TEDx speaker, published author, and the coach that GPs refer to when the NHS cannot help. The families who work with her do not do so because it is cheap. They do so because nothing else has worked, and they refuse to leave their child's confidence and mental wellbeing to chance.

The investment in Annette's coaching is the investment in your child's future. The cost of not acting — another year of anxiety, withdrawal, missed opportunities, damaged self-belief — is far greater than any coaching fee.

If budget is genuinely the barrier, we understand. But if it is a question of priority, we would gently ask: what is your child or teenager's confidence worth?

When you are ready, we will be here.

Before you begin

Here is exactly what happens
after you apply.

There is no obligation at any stage. The application is free. You will have a clear picture of our programme investment within the form itself before anything is ever discussed.

1

You complete the application

The form takes around five minutes. Annette reads every application personally. She will know your child or teenager's name, their situation, and what you are hoping will change before she ever picks up the phone. Within the application you will also be shown our programme investment levels, so there are no surprises and no awkward conversations later.

2

Annette reviews your application personally

If Annette believes she can help your child or teenager, she will send you a personal invitation to speak with her directly. This is not an automated response. Annette reads every application herself and only reaches out to families she genuinely believes she can help. If your application is accepted, you will typically hear from her within one to two working days.

3

A personal call with Annette

Annette will invite you to a short, private one to one conversation, typically 15 to 20 minutes, by phone or WhatsApp video call, whichever you prefer. This is a warm, unhurried conversation where Annette can find out a little more about your child or teenager and you can ask her anything you would like. There is no pressure and no obligation at this stage.

4

The CHAMPS Academy Confidence Experience

If the call goes well, Annette arranges a complimentary 15 minute Confidence Experience session for your child or teenager. Just the two of them, online, at home. No pressure and no formality. Annette will get to know them, explain a little about how she works, and give them a practical example of what the coaching actually feels like.

Parents are welcome to join or observe this session. Many parents find it reassuring to be there for the first meeting.

5

You decide, with no obligation whatsoever

Only when you are completely certain that Annette is the right coach for your child or teenager does anything further happen. Annette will share her personal evaluation after the Confidence Experience and present the coaching programme options at that point. The decision is entirely yours at every stage, from application to that final conversation.

"I would rather take the time to find the right fit for every family than rush into coaching that is not quite right. When it works, it really works and that starts with getting the foundations right from the beginning."
